1993 2DR Sentra & GTi-R Swap

I have a 1993 Nissan Sentra 2dr with 194k miles, working AC and heater, no pw pl or ps, primer black and 5spd. I'm asking $2,800 obo for everything. The car is a great point A to point B car, I did have bigger plans for the car but I am moving back to Florida next month and need to see the car. It has the GA16DE in it now and i was going to swap a FWD GTi-R SR20DET from a JDM N14 Nissan Pulsar into it. The GTi-R is mostly stock, it has 56lbs MSD injectors, Arias pistons, stock T28, manual boost controller, Jim Wolfe ECU, B13 SE-R wiring harness, B13 SE-R LSD 5spd Trans, and JGY front mount intercooler with piping a Z32 MAF. Only thing else that is needed for the swap is an B13 SE-R crossmember, FWD SR20 motor mounts, alxes, a clutch, a AFC for tuning and instal. The GTi-R swap alone runs from $1400-1800 and thats with a top mount intercooler and a AWD trans. Its about $3K in parts and the swap alone.
