i dont see a lawsuit.. pretty sure they sent him bills and warnings in those bills.. that will hold up in court.

Sad way to go, but he is in a better place now, far away from any bills too.

i think the electric company did nothing wrong, but it wouldnt have hurt for them to talk to the poor guy. that's a jacked up way to go.

with his age, i don't think he can move his self to any place. I think if he had any children, they should be the one to be punished.
