S13 coupe Rebuilt motor, good DD/Project

I have a 89 Nissan 240sx. It is in good condition with about 211xxx on the chassis, but only about 10k on a rebuilt motor. 5 speed, clean title, smog passed, power windows, power mirrors, power door locks, working heads up display.
