RHD hatch f/s non-running 800

I had this car for 2 years but I have not seen it in 1 year because i wanted to do a ka24de swap and steve from RHD designs took a long time to finish it. So it is at his shop un finished and im trying to pay of my credit cards and i need to sell it for 800 firm as is. im selling it for a low price because the person who wants to buy it is getting a fair price.Since it is as is he would have to pay to get the car taken out because its has a lean on it. He must have a way to take it to his house which is why im selling for low. Ill meet up with him and sign over the pink slip on the spot. The car is located in azusa where steves shop use to be, also since it has not been working for a 1 year plus the registration and stuff is not up to date. engine: ka24de - steve said he did the engine harness and only thing needs to be done is the dash wiring.

OEM side skirts with the molding still on
OEM rear lip
some rims forgot the name but has a 2or 1 inch lip cant remember which i painted the inside gold.

suspension-
180sx VLSD
8 way kyb adjustable shocks
and some racing springs i forgot the name but i think they were purple

ok i was thinking since i need to pay off my CC it might be best to part out so this is what i was thinking;

oem side skirts- 300obo
oem rear lip- 150 obo
15' rims with new 205-55 tires 400obo
car without all those 650 remember you would still have to pay to take the lean off the car.

but again this is just a thought

ok i went to go check on the car now and someone stole my rims. so i have to try and keep calling the owners of the place and have them pay me back because not only did someone still my hood and clean rhd dash they now stole my rims.
