whats up guys so i have an s13 coupe with the hud and gauge cluster active speaker system and aftermarket deck.... when i first got the car i put a battery on it and all the lights for the cluster and the hud worked i mean everything worked! but the motor was locked after i pulled the motor n tranny out i had it sit for awhile and i ended up swappin my ka from my hatch into it... it ran great but none of the lights for the gauges worked except for the clock kinda but alll the gauges rpm, temp, fuel, and all the little warning lights worked but no speedo all the speakers worked front and back... recently i had pulled the motor again and it sat for awhile and i put another ka into it and this time shit got even weirder this time all the same stuff as before but after like a month of driving it my tach stopped working and every now an then it will work for like a min lol and when i have my headlights up and i park if im holding the brake and i turn them off they'll stay up until i let go and some times they wont go down un less i play with the lil button and the knob to turn them on or off.. also when i hit my brakes my clock and stereo dim as if i turnd the parking lights on... my heater fan blows but it will not change the direction of the air(floor, defrost, etc.) the lights for that dont work neither... now my back speakers dont work and i think thats it please help idk where to start....

When I had problems with my cluster (backlights were not working) I pulled the little fuse box on the driver side kick panel and found a couple leads on the circuit board were fried. I soldered a wire to reconnect the blown leads.
You have more extensive problems, but its worth a look, it only took me 5 minutes to fix.

your talkin about the little white box right? i pulled the white box off and removed the casing and one of my leads were fried too but i have an extra hatch so i pulled that one off and put it on and it didnt fix anything......

Well, at least you fixed the broken lead because that would cause a problem as well. Good luck finding it! (sorry I couldnt be more help)
