so i thought of posting this on the tech page but decide it would be better here.to make things short and cut to the point i need some help to finish my ka24et. sohc. im in the end process of it and just need help tuning etc. my hp goals are 200-250.

mods are.
t3/t4 turbo
external wastegate
log manifold
2.5 downpipe
stock ecu,injectors,maf
2.5 intercooler piping
12:1 FMU
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
greddy type blov
ebay fmic
egr removed.(not all emissions removed b/c i live in cali)
ngk spark plugs
stanza electric fans


now i need to change my base timing a few degrees. im not experience in tuning and would like to know if anyone can help me out. anyone here local enough with good turbo knowledge please help me out. all i can offer is some stock parts, beer, ganja. shit a new friend is always nice too. please anyone near 510 area code or hayward please PM me. any other comments on build if constructive is nice too. thanks all. excuse the ugly phone pics.

How are you going to change your base timing? I know emanage and other ecu's... But yah I mean timing gun and distributor sure we can change base a little.... But without ECU its hard to map Top End Timing which is more important....

yeah can we change it about 3 degrees with timing light? not sure how to do it. and i think i have a leak somewhere. my boost gauge reads 20 vac all the time until i press on the brake and its spongy goes all the way to the floor. all i have running from the MBC booster hose is my gauge and bov.

I think your brake booster is dead... Most likely that is where your vac leak is
