Hey guys, I have a 91 LE Hatch with D2 coilovers, Courtesy Nissan RUCAs and Megan rear toe links. I just got some 17x9.5" Battles +15 offset all around, and am running a 225/45/17 Yokohama S-Drive tire. I know I probably should have tried to find a 40 sidewall, but got a great deal on the S-Drives. Either way, my rear fenders are rolled and SLIGHTLY pulled, my fronts are rolled.
I am having rubbing issues, and have tried to max out my front camber plates and they still stick out a lot. My rears I know SHOULD clear if I camber them in to maybe -1.5 degree camber, right now they are at -.6 probably. (OE SPEC)
I have seen some people make these look flush, and am wondering what do I need to do to achieve this. Id like to not pull the rears anymore, in fear of caving in the qtr panel. The rears already have been hit up with a fender roller once, but like I said, a small pull is present. I am assuming if I camber the rear, I can lower it more and tuck, but I have no idea how to tuck the fronts. Here are the pictures, these are with the front camber plates maxxed out.

ugh.........
You can't expect to get the fitment you want if you're going to choose a tire size just because you get a great deal on it.

And next to positive camber never helps.

Don't be a pansy, roll/pull your fenders, neg camber and lower the damn car.

My whole cars fender lining is pounded in, the fronts are not pulled, the rears are slightly pulled. I am going to try to camber the rears in and lower it.. fronts, I don't know how to make clear the stock fenders, what method would work for a pull, use a pole, or try and get someone to pull them.

I did 235/40/17 on Battles on my S13.

Tips:
Lower the piss out of it. You'll have issues since 225/45 is so tall in the front, if you get it low-low then the frame will probably be sitting on the tires. Maybe do 215/45 or 215/40 to fix that. I'd suggest 235/40 but you already have the 225/45, which will work fine on the rears.
In the front, I hammered the fender lips flat to start out with. When that wasn't enough, I used a small diameter pipe (~1") to pull the fenders out. Stuck it in between, rolled back and forth. It rubs under heavy cornering at speed. More work with a pipe could get it perfect but I'm too lazy right now.
The rear is easy. I hammered the fender lips down a little bit, lowered the car back on the ground, and did the 1" pipe deal again. No rubbing in the rear.
As for camber? I have stock untouched links in the rear. So camber is whatever. Camber in the rear isn't much of an issue, because the pipe will make clearing easy. You don't have to worry about the rear wheels turning or anything.
In the front I just maxed out the camber plates, lowered the coilovers all the way, and went for it. Hammers and pipes make dreams come true.

tips:
slam it.
neg camber and rolled fenders.
im running a 205/40 in the front (soon to be 215/40)
and a 235/40 in the rear.
btw the front has been lowered more and the camber adjusted.

Tip: Use the thread that deals with WHEEL FITMENT!
By "use" I mean read the Thread and figure it out for yourself, not just find the thread and post the same stupid question over again.
