loud noise coming from rear!!!

okay my car just started doing this, it happens when i accelerate heavy it sounds like the drive shaft or diff is fucked up like a loud rumbling thumping noise.

i had this same problem with my s13 iam getting a one piece drive shaft when iam done with my swap
