I am rolling down 495 in VA and in my rearview I see a hood scoop on a Celica. I immediately think rice until he goes by and I see the badging. So after I get next to him we roll on to the throttles and I'll be darned 'cause I didn't pull and inch on him (@ 14lbs) It was dead even. Then I saw my exit which he got off at. I stopped at a gas station and he followed me. He asked if I had the SR and we popped hoods and checked out the goods.
That was my first time ever seeing a All-Track in person getting a taste of the power. Pretty cool  none-the-less. Nice looking ride (except for the ricey looking exhaust...but it obviously works)
Just thought I share!;)

What's an all-trac celica? Is it AWD?? What year was it?
Yeah celica's are pretty quick.

ALL-Trac Celica is AWD Turbo . . . pretty rare. I have only seen one.

Yeah, those all-tracs are pretty scarce. I can't recall ever seeing one in person. Toyota made them from 90-93. They weigh a little more than the S13's and they have 200bhp. Those are the only Celicas that are remotely fast too, besides the new GT-S. Oh, and we cannot forget the 88-89 GT4. The 94-99 Cels only had 110bhp.

all-tracs are nice, my friend had one. they aren't too fast in stock trim (they run about 15.3s), but i'd love to have a modified one. they are pretty rare, but if you look on autotrader there are always a few there. if i lived somewhere like michigan or canada where winter is half the damn year i would probably have one. for more info go to www.alltrac.net.
*edit- they weigh much more than an s13 by the way. 3320 lbs! but it would be a sweet ride to have right now with all this snow. my car will go nowhere.

I have seen 1 in person, but seen a couple here or there for sale. Was considering them for quite a bit, but ditched it due to price, they are like 8000ish, not too much, but I am cheap:D . Gotta love AWD turbo, closest to a JDM Celica GT-4 you'll ever get.

The All-Trac was pretty quick. I don't give props to many 4 cyls but this one had my attention. The allmighty SR couldn't walk it so I must give props.;)
It's a good looking ride and damn fast!
Edit: It's 2:00 AM and I'm pretty drunk so you can ignore this post

yea nice cars for sure... i've only seen one in person but i personally think the older generation All-tracs are hideous, i'd take a newer one for sure. Also IF u can find one in decent shape u'll be paying some good money for it. i looked into them for a short while and couldn't find one i liked for under $7500 and even those had 100k+ miles. i think i'd save my money and go DSM if i had to have AWD turbo

There are two '91's within a mile of me right now. One is incredibly gorgeous (black) with Volk TE-37's, a GT-4 hood and bumper and seats, HKS titanum exhaust and a monster-sized FMIC. Another is dark gray on Racing Harts, and the same guy also owns an AW11 MR-2 and a sweet red AE86 coupe on Watanabe's. The '87-88's don't look as exciting, but they aren't too bad either.
