What are some good shops I can get decent aftermarket parts for my s14 (KA powered)? Some of the shops I did business with before have gone under, and I just found out XAT went under and so yeah... The only other place I know is FRsport... and I just want to shop around see who carries what and for what prices. SPL is good for suspension stuff, but almost all their drivetrain/engine components are SR.

frsport has a great aftermarket selection. I have yet to deal with phase2motortrend, but I have spoken to their customer service!

i only like to deal with places that have parts in stock, if they have to order anything it takes weeks to get shit and I hate that.

240sxmotoring doesn't list any flywheels for a KA :(

I'm looking into picking up with part of my tax return:
New Lightweight flywheel
New clutch, probably ACT or Exedy
Front TC rods
RUCAs, toe rods, and traction rods.
Hyperflex bushing set.
(used, local) Apexi N1 Exhaust.

I think that's a decent step in the right direction for my car.

No. I learned my lesson with eBay parts for my 240... No knockoffs. I can barely afford to do it right the first time... so I damn sure won't have money to do it again if I cheap out.

Clutch (didn't know what stage you want)

I'd get my suspension components from SPL.

frsport will beat anyone's price. I have nothing but good things to say about their service. Hope this helps.

+1 for PDM-Racing.com. killer sales reps, and killer deals. Lots of Whiteline goodies, and other randoms. But I always recommend sucking up to the local parts guy at your local Nissan Dealer :) :kiss:My good friend is a Parts Manager at my local Nissan Dealership....sooooo I'm a bit spoiled :bigok:

I'm in good with the local Nissan parts guy. I get everything at like 5% over cost.

Unfortunately that doesn't do me much good for upgrading lol.

Ha, yeah sometimes I can snag some old stock NISMO stuff for cheap through him. But I feel your pain. I use Ebay a lil more now a days, but only for used reputable parts, I learned not to go cheap on certain parts...i.e.: Ebay RUCA's (fell apart), Intake piping (did't fit at all, had to cut it and re-weld it), the list goes on. So good luck with your quest! :)
