s13 emission problem

kk, i spend over $500 trying to diagnos and config the problem of my ka motor for smog. It keep showing that my car is burning too lean. I replace the egr hose coz it broke off. Replace the o2 sensor. and it's showing the same thing on California smog shop result. All my air lines are ok. so idk what is the problem. HELP?

is your fuel filter good. fuel pump, not getting enough fuel make sure injectors are still in tiptop shape.
