so, i was thinking about getting coilovers but after much research and searching the forums, i'm deciding to stick with my koni yellows and replace the tein s-tech with ground controls.

question now is what spring rate do I go for. I'm not into drifting at all and this is my daily driver. i plan on taking it to the track a few times this summer.

oh, i love the drivability of the current setup right now but i want to be able to adjust the height a bit more.

My car:
sileighty
sr20det pushing 200hp to wheels
18" 350z wheels on 235/40 245/40
current setting on the konis are almost full soft.

I was thinking about 450/350 front/rear. Does anyone have any recommendations?

450/350 is a good starting point for a street/track setup. It'll still be very driveable on the street.

Make sure you drop the front Konis all the way down in your strut housings to get a little more travel up there(drop the retaining bolt below the strut bottom).
