No such thing as black S14 carpet, gray or green is all there ever was.

I have two Zenki lips, one is painted white but needs a repaint, the other flat black, has been repaired in two places professionally. Both are very straight, regular scuffs on the bottom but no damage otherwise, $75 for either plus ship.

I got the panels.... no lip or carpet they all have been sold. beside the crack lip. so pm if you are still interested..
