It is best to not ask too many questions of them, even I do not speak to them very much. I only call the number they give me and leave short coded messages.
When the ship arrives, you will simply call a number I give you and say the password.

I can probably get in touch with the ship's Captain and get a copy of the manifest, but I'm fairly certain that he will have some other kind of vehicle listed that aren't Military in origin.
The ship will arrive in Tripoli sometime between January 15th and January 20th if the weather is good. It could have been earlier but Haj1 wanted it to be re-directed from Mogadishu and sent to Tripoli instead.


I do not deal with Bank transfers Ph1ll1p, electronic bank transfers can be easily traced by government agencies. You and E1-Haj1 will be picking up CASH, the Tanks will be paid for in CASH. You will take this CASH from the buyer and you will GET ON THE SHIP AND LEAVE WITH IT.
The ship will return to Norway, and I will get you into the USA from there. I will arrange for you and Haj1 to get travel documents that proclaim you to be Norwegian citizens. This is necessary because it is easier to get Visas for Norwegian citizens than it is for African citizens.
