trouble with 1992 240sx

my car when it is cold runs fine but when the car warms up it starts fucking up. when im at a stop light or just stop any where and i go to accelerate my car shuts off.....this sometimes happens when i go in reverse. but this only happens when my car is warm never when its cold. any solutions please help......:bowrofl:

How does it "just shut off"? Does it idle down and die or is it like you turned the ignition off? Also, is it manual or auto? Stock KA or is it swapped?
