KA24E - DE swap in pickup.

So, as the title says, how hard would it be to swap a ka24de into my 96 D21 with the SOHC ka?  Anything that wouldn't work?  Would it bolt up to the tranny?  Other problems?

you'll need a new tranny

i'll ask that guy i know if he's really putting a DE into his 93 pickup. i could have swore he said that's what he's doing.   i do think the your transmission will go with a DE though.
