sr20det head install

Hey guys I just had my head rebuilt for my s14 sr20det, and I'm kinda stuck as far as putting it back together...Can anyone help me with the specs and timing marks? I really just need the torque specs and tdc marks and where they are suppossed to be to be tdc. Thanks for you help

FSM...download it, use it, learn it, love it.

If somebody tried to explain it to you on here, you'd probably fuck it up. FSM, show you everything step by step and with pictures. This is one of those things that I wouldnt leave to chance because it doesnt take much for you to fuck it up and ruin your head.
