what you need

my recommendations:

Multi pattern hub--
this means HKB is best imho. cheap price, fits any steering wheel you can think of: Nardi, Momo, Personal, Sparco, Abarth, ETC.
you can get this from Jspec

the HKB comes w/ all the hardware (meaning the bolts and directions and allen wrench)

that's all you need. cruise control is for the weak.

the HKB hub and HKB spacer (30mm).

If you're going to get a nardi wheel, don't bother getting anything other than the Classico... the classico is, well, classic! the only nardi I'd ever own. :o
Not that the new momos look any better than the new nardis, but there are a couple of nice Momo (race application, not their street line) wheels that I'd love to get my hands on!

My Nardi Classico was $35. Its pretty rough, not narly new or anything, but it still works the same.... Mmmmm $100+ less than what ebay auctions are going for!:D

I'll take a stab at the HKB hub/spacer... probably about $40 for hub and maybe $20 for spacer? That's just an educated guess. I'd say +/- $5 from those prices is about it.
