help!!! exhaust ticket

so i got a apeeding ticket and a fix it ticket for my exhaust but the fucker didnt check the "correctable" part so now i have to take my car to a state ref.. can i just pay my whole bail without getting it checked off and not have to worry about it anymore?

it dosent matter if he check the box look at the violation code that should tell who ever has to look at your car if its correctable or not ...sh*t if they dont even know there own violation code then the who system they got goin on is fu*ked lol btw usually they'll db test your car if its a noise violation my homie got a "modified exhaust" violation in this case ref said his only option was to get his stock back on he could be lying but im not to sure lemme know whats up if you need more info

If you wanna play...you gotta pay. Is it really necessary to make a thread about you getting a exhaust ticket? I mean suck it up...put it back to stock and get it ref'd. It ain't that hard to change out an exhaust.

put the stocker back on and get it signed off, then pay the fee

and yes, if you dont wanna go through the hassle of going to state ref you can go to court and they'll tell you how much to pay

around 300ish or more, try telling the judge that your car failed state ref and you needed a new cat to pass..but its too expensive from the dealership so you went to a junkyard, then tell them the junkyard takes the cats from cars

and hopefully from there they'll drop the fine a little

put stock exhause then go to CHP ask them to sign it off for you then go to court show the ticket with signature pay $10 at the window. end thread.
