You can use any manual tranny oil for it. I'd personally recommend Redline MT-90. It's pretty good stuff. You can probably buy it at an automotive performance shop (not pepboys, autozone, etc.), or order it online.

I went with the Redline as well. I have heard nothing but good things about it, and it has given me not problems.
