HELP!! cars running crazy...

got a problem and couldnt find it searching. i retimed my motor because it wouldnt start, and now it starts but idling or anything before 3000rpms the motor seems to want to die out. so wen i drive i just stay on the gas and brake when i slow down or stop. anything past 3000, the car drives fine like normal. any ideas what could be wrong??

what motor, what mods, what did you set the timing at.

well what happened was the motor before this motor was a ka-t. so everything is changed over and only thing it has from it being turbo is an afc neo but corrections are set off. its a stock ka24de. just intake and exhaust. when i timed it i placed it at tdc

the timing is 20 degrees advanced at idle.

your safc should be hotwire 5 in 5 out (if you have the stock maf, and an untuned ecu, if this is not the case, give more info on what maf u have, and if u have a jwt tuned ecu or something like that )

go to sensor check under ETC and check your tps voltage, closed and wide open throttle

should be in the ball park of .5 volts closed and 4.0+ wide open

under CAR Select you should have it as a 4 cylinder with the arrow pointing North East

if you don't find your problem while checking these things, post back with what your results and we'll go from there
