SPL Solid Differential Bushing Install

How are these installed? I understand the smaller ones go in the ear lopes of the diff pumpkin, but the ones that go in the sub frame do I just burn the old ones out and press the new ones in?!?!? I heard there maybe some cutting involved? Anyone have some info from there expierance with them they can enlighten me with? Thanks in advance!

look on youtube, i think there are a few install videos. and if i recall correctly, they involved both cutting and torching to get em out.

SPL recommends putting the aluminum ones in the freezer to kinda shrink them and then they should just slide in, if not then you may ned an impact gun to get them in. i believe this portion was also in the youtube videos
