Start off by bypassing the damn dampner box. Look at the box thats connected to the soft line from the slave cylinder. You should be able to disconnect the hardline from the master cylinder, bend it up by hand (dont crimp the fucking thing) and connect it to the soft line. Will make bleed the the damn thing alot easier and faster.
Since you changed the master, bleed it from there first, then the slave. Keep bleeding it till you start seeing clean fluid and no bubbles. Dont let the master cylinder go dry or your doing it over again...

Hijo de la ********. Start off by "gravity" bleeding it. Open the 10 or 8mm bleeder nut (cant remember which one) and and when you start to see some fluid come out then close it up and start the bleeding process. It takes a few pumps to get all the brown junk out and since you replaced boff masters, there will be a lot of air bubbles. DONT FORGET TO NOT LET IT GO DRY! Try and keep it at least half filled with fluid at all times.

Start off by telling us more clearly. Is this a new clutch master cylinder? If so, did you bench bleed it before installation?
If you didn't then it won't matter how much fluid you use, there's still air in it. Bench bleed it off the car, thoroughly, then install. Bleed again, then bleed the slave cylinder.
