Try searching on 240sx.org and fa. One of the two has something on how to do and I think I even remember a home made controller that was wired in. I can't remember which site had it but it is there. It'll take some time searching and that's it.

The only other information I can give you off hand like this is to do a web search with google and yahoo for the Pivot LHM. Mix up how you search for it and something should come up. Between the message boards and doing we searches, that is how I came up with the information I have. I also did some web searches on Japanese web sites and I think I found some there as well. That's all I got for you though, sorry..

The ultimate end-all to all Pivot Headlight discussion threads. Maybe this should go in archives and I will become famous. In all fairness, I didn't translate this myself.

you have the red and gray wire wire correctly, and than you need to find a little black box located inside the driver side kick panel
the wire you suppose to CUT is pink in color you cut the wire and connect the black wire Toward the box and the yellow wire toward where the wire comming from...and that's it..you are done..

No, it only resets when you put the lights down. When you turn your lights on they automatically go up.

when i turn the lights on, not just pop the lights up, they go all the way up and then i turn the lights off they go to the set lazy eye position ... well anyways .. here is a crappy lighted pic of it ... my friend tried shining his HID on it but i guess we were too close to light the whole car ... stupid me ...

Yeah, thats how it works. It cuts the power when they go down. You're lucky your motors are good. One of mine is slower than the other and the eyes are crooked.
