It is, but it's useless for you. All the plugs / wires you need will come with your motor/tranny and already on the car. You just need to do a bit of splicing.

I don't have the eyelets, but I will provide some mounting bolts.

You would need to redrill your rotors/ switch to s14 rotors. Or use z32 or q45 brakes.

It is a non-hicas pump, and yes if you have DOHC lines, it will bolt right on.
