You unknowingly violated a copyright law, and they removed your item.
They did the least compared to what could have happened.

not to rain on your parade, but there are things called intellectual property, which can include exact wordings and or images which belong to a certain entity. when someone uses these things for their own personal gain (profit) and the owner of the intellectual property is not seeing a dime of it, they have a legal right to have ebay remove it.
I once used images from apex'i 's site for my auction and had this same exact thing happen to me. so i read the sellers agreement, and contacted apexi

To further incite your uselessness, i suggest you read the whole ebay sellers agreements, because this person clearly did not, or they missed this important part.

the only thing i will spread is that the original poster is incompetent and does not have the capacity to use ebay.
