Okay I was doing some browsing through japanparts.com (surprised its still around) and they suggest the use of GPX for US ground shipping.
Did some research on it seems like a good deal:

Basically a bodykit in their boxes must be dropped off at a greyhound depo/stop
(sure their are tons in cali all around you aero-monglers' shops)

Set destination city bla bla.

Set maximum longest dimension of the box as it seems it is best to separate each piece of aero) and set value.

For a box (hypothetical bumper, 5 ft long, value of $300) shipped from Los Angeles to Miami, Fl costs $46.50.
$46.50
$46.50
$46.50
$46.50

not 3 bazzzillion dollars like that *wah wah wah* tries to charge to send one bumper, 46 bucks.
so figure if your sending front and rears multiply the price by two, or by 3 for ss.

Because some advertisers/sellers also make money off of shipping as well.

This is seriously old news.

Most likely because Greyhound will not come to their place of business and pick up said parts, then carry them to their destination.

Instead, they would have to take the parts to the station themselves. If they are dealing in any real volume, that can get quite aggravating. At the same time, you must go to the station to pick up your item, rather then have it dropped on your door step. Many may not feel they have the time to sacrifice from their busy schedules to wait around the bus station for their parts to arrive. While the typically used method, may be more expensive, it is also more convenient.
