Overview
Finished my turbo setup on the 240 & returned the Z to stock. Picked up in OC area (Irvine/Westminster area).
Sorry, not willing to meet up outside of OC area unless compensated for gas (only for higher price parts).
all prices picked up & obo; shipping available on most items (will be between $10-30 for most parts).

300zx parts - These were purchased for a 91 TT z32
new parts:
water pump - $90
radiator hose (upper - 2 pieces): $35
radiator hose: $35
valve cover gaskets & half moon gaskets: $10
3 belts: $12
egr gaskets (not the ones that go to intake manifold): $5
misc heater hoses for under plenum: $5
crank seal gasket (not sure if for z32 or s13): $5
used:
blown 300zx passenger turbo: $40 (good for core)
- 90-94 z32 tt jwt ecu (tuned for MT, dual pop, 485cc) : $300
- injectors (485 cc - older style connector): $300
240sx parts - most parts used for my ka24de:
s14 n/a sr arc intake pipe (pipe only): $60
s14 coldpipe w/ modified coupler (modded to fit s13 ka24de w/ s15 smic - note outlet to intercooler is 2.25"): $50
s13 coldpipe: $30
intercooler inlet/outlet (inlet s14, outlet s13): $20
s13/s14 (unsure which one) stock sr bov w/ piping: $20
couplers & piping (no clamps): $45
misc couplers: $25 (or $5 each)
piping (2" silver): $20
partial dump-pipe (2.5"): $20
sohc spark plug wires: $10

t3 ka24de top mount turbo manifold (I believe this was created from the jgs kit): $150
garrett t3/t4 turbocharger (.60 ar compressor side, .63 ar exhaust side), unknown mileage: $300 (lots more details below)
good:
- includes internal wastegate (untested), 3 bolt flange
- exhaust housing & internal wastegate adapter are thermocoated inside & out to withstand 2000 degrees fahrenheit
- can converted to to external if you get a 5 bolt flange
- minimal shaft play, you are free to test in person
bad:
- one bolt on the exhaust side snapped
-- I covered it w/ turbo gasket, but not sure if it will hold - should since 4 of 5 bolts are there
- exhaust housing has the common crack along the internal wastegate outlet hole (not pictured), never run but previous owner said it held fine
black hud cluster (not working - cluster + sub harness): $40
- back of cluster has burns/repairs/one missing strip from repair
- hud cluster was working, but now not working (tried to fix, but didn't help)

I also uploaded a video of me spinning the turbo (on the exhaust side) to show the spinning of it. As you can see there is no shaft play as I spin it. The little "scrape scrape scrape" noise you hear when it is spinning very slowly is because of the way I clocked the housing to fit with the wastegate. At higher spin rates, you can't hear it rub anymore. Or, if you reclock the turbo, then you won't hear it either.

As for mileage & use, I have actually never run this turbo - only used for test-fitment; it's my spare turbo. The guy I bought it from said he ran it for about 5000 miles w/o a problem - he returned his car to stock. It's been sitting since I heat coated it (worth almost as much as what I'm selling it for now).
That's about as detailed as I can do for the turbo.
