Even at stop my tie rod (i believe) is making a popping noise when i turn the wheel.. I just replaced the right tie rod because it was bent, and now its making the noises...
Questions:
Was i supposed to fill the boot with grease?
If it was not making the noise before, could i have damaged the ball/socket joint in the outer tie rod end?

do you have cut springs? maybe your spring isnt set correctly. it happens to me all the time after i jack my car up

the ball joint is most likely bad or not seated properly. perhaps the old joint had just enough play to make the hole bigger and the joint is not fitting properly.

Check the FLCA ball joint, its commonly mistaken for the tie rod, esp when a pop sound is heard/felt while turning

PDM Racing - PDM Control Arms (http://www.pdm-racing.com/products/pdmcontrolarms.html)
"Front end clunking when you turn the corners ? Chances are, your front control arm ball joints or control arm bushings are totally worn out, causing the front arm to clunk, pop and move around excessively."

Also could be steering rack/bushings. Those are easy to replace, Energy makes a replacement bushing and Powertrix sells them (a site sponsor).
