parting out ka24e everything cheap

Have the following parts in good condition the motor only had 80,000 miles on it:

torque converter
automatic transmisson flywheel
crankshaft
connecting rods
timing chain cover
timing chain guides
3 fuel injectors
intake collector
throttle body

starter (only eight months old)
alternator(need to test)
ac compressor
pulleys
idler pulley
intake manifold

rebuilt cylinder head (paid $300 for my lose your gain)
camshaft
rocker arms
exhaust manifold
rocker cover

How much for the head? Is it complete? Also how much for just the rockers?

i too would like to see some pictures of the ka24e head that has been rebuilt. does the cylinder head come complete with cams, lifters, valves, cover, etc? are all the exhaust manifold/port studs still there? are you willing to ship the head? pm me or reply with pictures. thanks!
