any ideas..

Timing? If you have fuel and spark it should start fine.

No. The MAF can't read too much air if there isn't any suction/boost on it at startup.

Are you sure gas is getting into the cylinders? Take off the fuel rail and see if gas comes out of the injectors. Takes 5 minutes, 4 bolts.

Also are you sure the Walboro is installed correctly? Can you hear the fuel pump priming the fuel system for about 5 seconds when you turn the key on before you try and start the engine? If not your EGI pump relay could be bad or fuel pump was not installed correctly.

Another way to check the fuel pump is to pull off the return line from the FPR, have someone start it briefly and hold a towel or something under the FPR outlet and see if gas comes out. If it does it means your pump is working fine and gas is getting to the fuel rail.

Timing could be bad but the fact that it won't fire at all says your not getting fuel and or spark.

Also it could be a sensor such as the Knock sensor that is keeping the motor from starting. To chekc and see if sensor's are giving you a problem pull your ECU out and pull for codes. Turn diagnostic screw fully counter clockwise IIRC and then count your short and long flashes. Look up the code you get. Let us know.

fuel is getting in the cylinder because i can smell it out the turbo elbow(dont have a down pipe on it .. )
fuel pump is installed correctly cause its turning on and i also looked at the fuel return line for pressure ..which was also there.. but i have not look for codes.. will it give codes even if the motor has not started..

injectors timing coils ignitor compression cas its one of them,

if you are getting spark out of all 4 coils then you can eliminate the coils the ignitor and the cas

if you are getting fuel into each cylinder then eliminate injectors and pump

so check timing and compression after that

i have fuel pressure cause i just installed a walboro 255 fuel pump

just because you put in a new fuel pump does not mean its working, did you test for fuel pressure?

i didnt do a pressure test but when i took the return line off and cycled the key it shoot out of the brass part of the return side..

ok so i rechecked the coil packs and only number 1 is sparking.. so i started changing them to see if it was the coil pack was bad but even changing them only the number 1 was firing.. any ideas.. i think ignitior may be bad..

If only one coilpack signal is working, even after swapping packs, the ignitor is bad.

now is there any way to test the ignitior for being good or bad..
