Hello,

*Catback has been SOLD!* (second muffler and s14 stock downpipe-back exhaust still available) I have an s13 catback exhaust with an AspecProducts L-spec muffler (with silencer) that is absolutely PERFECT fitment for an s13 coupe with body kit (especially vertex). It came from my vert project, and the buyer who took the vert couldn't afford it.

The muffler itself is worth $120, and is in near perfect condition with no dents. The piping is mostly stock, but axle-back portion was custom made to achieve the high angle and road clearance (this costed me $80). It fits on a vertex bumper just about as far back and as angled as it could be, without touching the bumper itself. I'd image similar fitment on other aftermarket bumpers as well. Rear hangers are pointed inwards to prevent exhaust wobbling, and are also brace-reinforced.

Rear hangers are welded on a slip-mount, so this exhaust can work on a hatchback too, but might stick out an inch farther.

BTW, I once got a fix-it ticket for this exhaust, and took it to the smog ref for the decibel sound loudness test. Legal limit in CA is 95db, this thing (with silencer) blew a 94.8db. Thus, this exhaust is 100% street legal in california.

PRICE: $150 obo ***SOLD!!!***

Next we have another used Aspec L-spec muffler. This one is muffler only, no piping. Hangers were made for s13 hatchback, but again, it's welded to the slip mount, so you can adjust it as you see fit before welding it to your piping. This one's got some dings and scraps, but most of the damage is hidden and won't be seen behind an aftermarket bumper. The tip is not 100% perfect, but it's nothing you can't tap out with a hammer.

PRICE: $60 obo
SHIPPING: Yes, at buyer's expense (about $25)

This is on the bottom belly portion of the muffler. You could also rotate the muffler so that this portion is up top, where it is not visible at all when installed on the car:

---------------------------------------------------------------

Also have a stock exhaust from an s14. Includes the stock cat, the stock piping, and stock muffler. Muffler tips have some dings, muffler canister has some rust on the OUTER skin only. Still works fine. Studs on the cat that connect to the downpipe are rusted and broken, you're gonna have to drill them out and use bolts/nuts. Willing to separate.

PRICE: $50 obo

What diameter is the piping 2.5" or 3"? Also is the piping crush bent muffler shop stuff or nice mandrel pipe? Anymore pics?

PM me if you ever decide to just sell the muffler alone!

racepar1: The piping is stock from the cat, to the resonator, to about where the diff is. Then after that it's regular crush bent tubing that's 2.5" (i think?) all the way to the muffler. The bends are VERY shallow, I somewhat doubt that mandrel bent piping would've made any difference considering the stock piping and resonator are still attached.

awesomenick: I'd like to sell this thing as a whole, since the work is already done. If you want JUST a muffler, I have another L-spec muffler in fair shape I could part with. I'll send you a PM about it soon.

Here's an off-car picture. You can see that the hangers were braced, and that the bends are soft and clean. The muffler shop guy really took his time with this one.

BTW this isn't some farty high-pitched muffler. It's got a smooth, deep, and mellow tone that gets progressively louder only if you floor it and rev it to the skies. Here's a video clip so you guys can hear the sound. It's not as loud in real life, but the tone is just as throaty. This is with a bone stock KA24DE with zero upgrades. First and second gear, about 50% throttle.

s13boy89: Yeah dude, carlos (I10cruiser) tried it on for a couple of days, he said it was too quite to his liking (something I rarely hear!) But, it's got a silencer on it, so if you prefer a louder sound, you can just remove the silencer.

BTW, I've added an extra Aspec L-spec muffler (muffler only) to the sale post, in case anyone is interested in one without piping.
