Look.. I'm the bank master. I've dealt with this **** for a long, long time.
Just go in there, and bitch about it. Get all the reciepts you have, and demand that they give you a printout of your past transactions (when the $150 was lost). Then.. show that there is a descrepancy in there, and you have proof of another discrepancy.. and that they are linked. Demand your money back.
If that doesn't work, and they won't budge... you'll need another bank. So don't just say "allright, I'd like to close out my account." That's the pussy way. Look around, squint your eyes, and say "If I don't get my money back, someone in here is getting an ass-whooping." And technically, it's not assault on anyone, since you didn't make eye contact during the threat, or specify a person.
You will, of course, get escorted out by some cops, and then just open another account somewhere.
Tried and true methods of cash-reimbursement from the bank master.

LOL! Eglin AFB!!! You can't be accusing the Government of stealing your money, are you?
Anyway.. my dad was stationed there for a long time. And I guess you can't threaten people with ass-whoopins on base.. so I don't know man.

Yea you should go there and ask for a list of transactions, if you don't want to go there, are you able to check your account online? if so do that. Maybe i should start saving my recipes.

Good points!! BUT....in actuality...If you go to them and explain your dilema and you have your ducks in order they will see that you are due some credit and they will fix the errors. Most of these bank people are okay...they just make mistakes sometimes. Mistakes CAN be fixed. If not ...Look around, squint your eyes, and say "If I don't get my money back, someone in here is getting an ass-whooping." I like that approach. :D

Well thats one problem, I personally would go with Wells Fargo or Bank of America. Those two banks are pretty large, and they could fix problems like that with no problem most of the time. Wells Fargo charged me 40 dollars because i overwithdrew, which they never told me about this type of fee if i withdrew x amount of times, but when i went into wells fargo i told them about this, I just said i didnt know about it, and they waved the free by pressing one button. But I could see your situation being its not a fee its just missing money. BTW what kind of bank account do you have??? Checking? Savings???
