Don't bother trying to reserve that particular spot with the city. I believe its one of the non-reservable, first come- first serve, areas. Something I learned after the chat with the ranger the last year we had Freakmont there.

As for permits. The same ranger told me that any group over 25 people requires a use permit with the city if I'm not mistaken.

That SPECIFIC spot you're looking at is a "first come first serve" area. Which is why in the past we had local reps grab a spot. It's non-reservable.

THere are two pits right next to the parking area, and if those get taken, it'll be the pit down by the bathroom which is a pretty good hike from the parking area.

groups/clubs who want their names on the roster need a minimum of 5 combined preorders + their logo file

each shirt will run $16 via paypal, $15 by money order, and $15 at the meet

NORCAL people who can't make it to the meet, but want to support, also have a chance at this. $20 paypal or money order which includes S/H.

we WILL NOT do the first and last names unless we meet the 20 preorder requirement! SO SPREAD THE WORD!
