Okay, well, whenever the car is off, and I leave it for about 3 to 4 hours, the battery completely dies. So, Im thinking, hey, something aint grounded right or something, but wouldn't I notice it if it takes up that much battery voltage? I checked a lot of stuff, fuses, alternator shit like that.
There is a few pictures of plugs that arn't even plugged into anything, any insight?
This is all on a S13 KA24E.
Second problem is idling and starting up problem. Basically, the video explains itself.
Please help! Thanks.
Pictured is a random yellow wire that I have no clue where it came from or what it goes to.

free bump. i have a similar "bonus" plug on my harness. it's a DE though. just have this extra plug over around the intake box.

Could it be fuel issues?

sounds like a bad alternator???
and about the extra clips, nissan and other car manufacturers often use the same harness for multiple models, so esentually there would be extra plugs for different options or features that are not offered on your engine or car...could be the problem? idk someone help me out here...

I figured it could be a fuel issue with my idling problem, but, whenever I rev it, it doesn't bog or anything, which means its getting good fuel, but when idling, it just shits out.

have you checked your timing? could be off so once given enough gas it essentually gives it the correct fuel ratio to run smooth? is the idle problem every time it idels, even after driving then stoping at a stop sign or something?

Timing is right, I took it to a Auto Mechanic shop locally, which is well known.

hmm maybe has to do with injectors? try getting it to idle and disconnect one injector at a time, and see if it changes at all, if so maybe one or more injectors is bad.

I tried that and I have no clue how to unplug an injector, do I have to take the fuel rail off?
I had a buddy pinch each injector to make sure it clicked, which it did.
Which means there firing, so im not sure, maybe the fuel filter, I havn't changed it since ive had the car.

could be, and i dont think you have to remove the rail, its just a clip on the end of the injector that you pull a little metal clip off and it slides off...ive never done it on my 240 b4 but have done it on other cars so it might not be the EXACT same directions, but all are extremely similar

Your battery is shit. Get a new one.
Single yellow wire could be the oil pressure sensor. Not sure though.
The plug in the last picture connects to the AC compressor. 90% sure on that one.
Good Luck!

Damn, how can it be the battery, I paid like 140$ about 2 months ago for it.
It's a yellow top, so this shit is supposed to be durable.

not necisarily the battery, depends on the alternator, if the alternator is shit it would do the same exact thing...

not too sure but.
-that yellow wire connects to the oil pressure sensor..
-that c pin plug goes to another sensor somewhere on the motor near intake..
-i see u have a newer intake look around and below the intake and search for other ends..
-when u installed the intake did u make sure u had no leaks..maybe bad maf..
-also sohc motors shouldn't have any unnecessary plugs near the fuse box.
-correct me if im wrong

i had one near the middle back of the engine on the intake side, could be the same one, like i said, the harnesses were used for other models n such, i could be wrong on that specific plug tho...

I looked and found where one of the plugs went near the fuse box, but the other one, just can't find its home.

Wrong and wrong. Download a FSM for the plugs. The wiring diagrams will tell you where every last plug on that harness goes. As far as the battery goes, it's not a bad alternator. That's just a dumb guess. If the battery is dying after sitting, then power is being drawn off of it after the car is shut off. Were it the alternator, it would be dying while it was running and not charging the battery in the least bit. Look for anything that may be pulling current off the battery. Aftermarket stereos, car alarms, a stereo amp, anything that you may have wired on the car. It may be a short as well.
As far as that idle problem, I have no idea why it jumps RPM like that. The idle sounds like you have a dead injector though. Like it was said, with the engine idling, pull the harness plug off each injector, one at a time. If the idle changes, plug it back in. If it doesn't change, that's the dead injector.

NP. We are just easily led to believe that due to how many retards had their hands under the hoods and dashes of our cars before we get them.

Like alzahakar said something is sucking the juice out of your battery. Personally I seen trunk ligth switces going bad causing the ligth to stay on even with the trunk closed, killing the battery. You also migth wanna test your battery make sure it olds charge. Take ur batt out the car when is fully charged, get a reading with a voltmeter and check back again in a few hours if is dead ur batt is no good.

It seems like you have the same problem i did on my KA24e i dont think is a fuel problem because if was the injectors it wouldn't run fine sometimes is more off an electrical issue because the problem comes and goes. There is a MAF sensor on the intake is in between the air filter box and the black intake tube there is a plug that goes to that, make sure that connection has no corrosion is clean and has a clip to it. If this sensor has a bad connection, the car will die and idle weird like yours, the MAF migth be bad itself also. I hope that helped really ez to check.

Is your a/c switched on? Cuz i know that when it kicks on your idle jumps up for a few seconds. The yellow wire im sure is for the oil sender, its located right under the oil filter.
The green one should be for the a/c

I forgot to tell everyone that I found out the battery problem a about a day ago.
It was one fuckin LED draining the damn battery. My only problem is the idle.
Maf plug is clean, as for the MAF itself, I just bought a new one, should be straight.
