dudes, this guys price is CHEAP, these turbos are over $800 new and are bad ass, i have one on my SR and this thing spools GREAT, it's better than any S14/S15 turbo especially if you're like me and get a smaller custom exhaust housing for FAST spooling, i get full boost at just over 2700rpm, and is still boosting when i hit redline....and plus, as a bonus, if your S14/S15/GT28 blows, you're up shit creek as garret doesn't sell rebuild kits for BB turbos... Also, these GTIR T28s come with 10 blade oversized high flow compressor wheels, so they flow like a BB, and border on a T3 turbo....

good luck with sale bro, if i were to ever sell mine, due to the fact it's custom/upgraded/rebuilt AND brand new (had it rebuilt and upgraded right out the Garret box), i wouldn't ask any less than $4-500 for it...
