WTB: 17's and S13 Bumper

I'm looking for 17x9 4or5 lug that's 4x114.3 or 5x114.3 or 4x4.50 or 5x4.50
Front and rear, no honda offsets may consider +30's

Will also consider staggered 17x8 / 17x9 combo.

The bumper,... would like an s13 chuki or 180sx type x, just not too much damage.
