I figured it out also....there are 9 numbers that show up.

It's a geometric sequence.
1+0 = 1. 10-1 = 9
1+1 = 2. 11-2 = 9
1+2 = 3. 12-3 = 9. And so on, to 19.
At 20, the pattern changes.
2+0 = 2. 20-2 = 18
2+1 = 3. 20-3 = 18. And so on, to 29.
At 30, it changes
3+0 = 3. 30-3 = 27.

That's it. And each reload, the symbols change.

Yea.. the symbol changes every time.. so if you see the sybol in the ball, and click to do it again, it will have changed.
That's giving you the benefit of the doubt, assuming that you can add/subtract up to 18.

LOL--actually I was wrong. I can add and subtract, but I guess I can't read! hehe. I wasn't looking at the new number on the grid for the symbol. It was only wrong once out of the last 7 times (only because I chose the same number the last 3 times..........lol)

Speakin of mind reading has anyone seen the David Blane(or whatever is name is) guy on TV? The guy that does all the cool magic tricks??? Well at the beginning he has a deck of cars and tells you to pick a card as he flips through them, with them facing the camera. Then he supposedly pulls out the card that you picked. Well I didn't think that he could do it(he was on TV...which means it was pre-recorded) I picked a card and.....he got it.... I was like WTF!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Anyone else have this happen???

Damnit Lauren! It CANNOT be wrong! It is a mathematical certainty that every 9 numbers will coincide with the "correct" number. And even if you pick the same number 800 times, as long as you watch the symbol CORRECTLY, it is never wrong.
