I'm going to spray the shit out of them with PB Blaster and try again but if that doesn't work I wanted to try a breaker bar. Is there any chance I could break the key if I do this? I could kill the last owner right now :bash: The lug nuts are screw in only half way as to make it easier to get them off and they still seized up, again. ugh

PB blaster and a breaker bar should do the job. Worst case is you need 4-5 new wheel studs.

That's what I'm trying to avoid. Something tells me they'll rape me on labor, not sure how long drilling them out typically takes though.

The last time I replaced studs on drive wheels, you had to pull the axles out and insert them from the inside. I don't know if 240s are the same or not. :-/

tap out the old studs with a center punch, then put in the new ones, put a shit ton of washers on it to create a big spacer and tighten down and the stud will slowly set in. take off the nut and washers and then put the wheel on

Replacing a stud only takes like 5-10 minutes tops. I had a few broken ones on my last s13.

s13 studs are simple.
1. Remove wheel
2. Remove bolts that hold caliper on
3. hammer out old studs
4. Install new studs with wrench(or impact gun)/nut/washers.

you can see the washers between the nut the the hub. twist the stud and make sure the entire stud does not turn, this will pull the stud into the hub, and you're done.

Better luck to break it loose with a impact then a breaker.

Your right. Only thing is, that's how the last key broke(the previous owner had two different kind of lug nuts on the wheels). I was able to get all but one of the lug nuts off from one of the keys but that's when it broke and I cant find a replacement and why I need to have one of my lugs drilled out. They were able to get all the lugs off before with an impact but it left the keys in bad condition as your not suppose to impact them so I wanted to try a breaker bar instead. Hope that makes sense. To make matters more annoying. On the one wheel that has the last nut from the key that broke the tire is flat.
