East Coast snow

yooo this snow is NUTS. I have like 6 inches already and its not supposed to stop till monday night. I'm in northern MD, is anyone else on here snowed in?

I was about to leave for work when I saw nothing but 6 inches of snow. Walked to my car...looked at it...and when right back to my apartment and called out. :p

Yeah I am in southeast Ohio, and it is crazy out. That just means I get to take the 4 wheeler out on the roads now, cause the state hasnt even scrapped them off yet.:p

Keep your eyes open and mind right the next couple days. Everything was going fine for my 240 till last thursday when I was going to work. Long story to short going 60 on the highway, lost the rear went "dori dori" for awhile then spun out onto the shoulder. Bent Upper and Lower rear righ control arms. Torn mounts and more yet to be discovered damage.

Don't let your guard down.:(

I just heard a weather bulletin over the scanner and it say by the time its all said and done my area southeast ohio could have up to 20 inches. wow

A pic of my parking lot and street......its been plowed....BUT ONLY ONCE....so there is about 3 inches of snow on the street and 9 in front of my car. :mad:

this really effin blows....we got like 8 inches on top of my car now....i cant go anywhere. theres nothing to do. im bored out of my mind....i watched XXX 3 times......very good movie....you guys know off anyother good movies?....wish i had a girlfirend to call....

Indiana has the received the MOST snow I HAVE EVER SEEN this year. It's freakin rediculus. We've probably gotten three feet of snow this whole year where it's normally around 6-10 inches. I'm sure this is nothing compared to you guys out east though. The first autox this year is on for next sunday no matter what the weather is. Maybe it will end up being a snow rally, after all, it's supposed to snow next weekend too.

at least 2 feet if not more here in Pa. Been stuck inside for 2 days now. What was up that stampede in the Chicago nightclub last night? Guess they didn't have the same amount of snow, because this place is deader than a door nail.

Over Mace or OC to. You can breathe in that stuff it just hurts like hell and makes you want to hurl and burns like hell. now they have 21 dead, sh*t like that freaks me out. People are just like deer sometimes, no thoughts or logic. They either lock up in the headlights or freak out and run right into the side of your car. Da*n shame. :(

Well it has stopped... we got 24.4 inches at BWI airport in baltimore. Im about an hour away from there. I got some tite pics of my deuce40 halfway buried in snow. I'm just happy to be off school.... senior year so I dont have to make it up:)

We just cleaned the freakin driveway. 3.5 hours.
I tried driving to the store to get some food, but the tire threads on the road are too low, my escort sat on the snow with it's belly. After 10 minutes of struggling, i cleaned up the piece of road hte escort was stuck on and got it back inside. Now i'm hungry :(

Yeah it took me 3hrs to clear the drive and the sidewalk. Sucks but had to be done w/ today's sue happy citizens. Anyway hope you guys can get access to a AWD vehicle or somthing so you can at least get out:(

its not so much the snow as it is the salt....driving on a salt covered road in my baby is depressing...i can deal with a bit of snow but man I HATE SALT.:mad:

See the "post whore" thread for my snow story... Long story short: I fell flat on my ass and refused to even attempt going outside for the rest of yesterday... My car is at home now and I am at work... Hitching a ride from out of someone's way because they have 4WD sucks too...

I sat around and watched "hood movies" yesterday: Boyz In Da Hood, New Jack City, Menace II Society, Baby Boy... Then I fell asleep and woke up and watched sportscenter. I was so bored I was glad to have to come to work.

Menace II society is a classic though i love that movie.

After 3 days off of school...its back on tomorrow. The snow stopped falling 3 days ago, but still affecting us now. I hope no one was on 495 (DC beltway) today trying to get over. I heard that it was just CRAZY. OH well...point is...SNOW SUCKS!!!

i just went home and dug my 240 out of a foot of snow.. but there are 3 foot piles behind it on my driveway so its not moving for a while, lol. my count for pushing stuck cars is up to 15-18 within the past 4 days, not too bad :D they even cancelled classes at Ohio State on Monday which they RARELY ever do. all that plus having an AWD Explorer made for a fun weekend here on campus ;)
