Highly modded 91 Mazda Miata FT similarly modded S14

Ok I have owned this miata since March of 2005.I have done several different motor and suspension setups on it. I have finally got the suspension great and the motor just needs a bit more power for my driving style. This car is a great daily for its great gas mileage but is also a great track car do to the way it has been set up.I now only own this car and cant take my family places with me(Wife and daughter). So I am looking to trade this for a lightly modded s14. I am mainly looking for coilovers and rims and that its a 5 speed and still has in good condition full interior. Also a must it must pass smog.(not can pass smog but have proof it just passed smog).So about the car im offering. It has been highly modded and here is the list of things currently on the car:
1.8 motor swapped from a 94 miata
dual exhaust cam swap
walboro 195 lph hp fuel pump
stock exhaust with a 2 month old cat

rear brakes upgraded to larger ones from the 94-97 miata
drive shaft differential and axles upgraded to the beefier unit from a 94
welded dif
Mazda speed lightened flywheel
Act street clutch with high pressure pressure plate
Mazda speed short throw shifter

Apexi n1 exv coilovers 8/6 spring rates
suspension techniques adjustable sway bars
Corksport front strut tower bar
flyin miata rear subframe brace
secret element inner tie rods for max angle

Wisdom front bumper(it is a little beet up and could use some fiberglass and paint)
sportmaxx 002 15x8 0 offset all around(gunmetal in the front hyper silver in the rear)
federal 535 195/50 r15 tires still new in the front and show drifting camber ware in the rear but would be good for many more miles if flipped
the car has been painted a 2 tone black and red

the rear trim panel is broken and almost not there anymore)
oem mudflaps(front are a bit beat up do to cars height)
oem rear spoiler

hard dog hardcore double diagnol roll bar
hard dog harness bar
sparco 5 point harness
sparco bucket(red) on custom rail still has the stock slider
interior carpet and panels have been gutted out
custom made center console(made from old hawaii license plates)
CNC hydro e-brake
AEM Eugo wide band
Autometer Monster tach with shift light
Mechanical oil pressure gauge
door poppers from autoloc
All airbag and stereo and unnecesary wiring removed including a/c and heater

NOT on the car items but could be included with the right trade
Ebay cold air intake
custom cat back with test pipe in place of cat with tsudo cf muffler would need a 2 bolt flange welded on to bolt up to the header
pair of 5 spoke 15x7 aluminum rims painted metalic purple with blown federals on them
a pair of almost done federal 535 205/50r15 tires(could be used for maybe 1/2 day of drifting
