HOw do i remove stock wiring harness?

Ok i got all the motor stuff off but it looks as if the harnes to the ecu goes behind the heater box. Is there an easy way to remove this?

I am going to assume you have an s13 since I don't know anything about the s14. It's pretty easy, you have to disconnect the large blue connector on the ecu itself. Then feed it through the grommeted hole in the firewall. It may be easier with two people. no special tricks that I can remember.

yeah i got that parts but that air box for the heater is in the way to the hole in the firewall

Just remove the bolts from the white plastic heater box on the bottom and lift the black plastic cover (that holds the wire harness) over the bolt and give it a good tug through the fire wall....itll come out...just have to pull...at the same time being carefully not to pull or cut any wires.....kinda tricky...and scary...
