Isn't the gear for the abs on the hub for S13's?

They are different between ABS and non ABS, but that doesn't matter on a non ABS car, either one works fine. The ABS ring is pressed on to the back of an ABS hub, it just doesn't read anything on a non ABS car. All 89-94 front hubs will work on any 89-94 chassis.

Word, either ring (ABS or non-ABS) is easily removable and replaced with the other with a hammer and screwdriver.

If you even want to do that. The ABS rings won't interfere with anything on a non ABS car.
