Well this is the story, I didn't drive the car for the past 4 days and started driving it again today. I took the car drove it work, roughly 30min drive, mainly freeway cruising. Pulled into the parking deck and saw that my stri water temp reading 235 and the needle was blinking. Check the stock water temp on the cluster and it was reading half. Then i thought it was the gauge that was messing up so i unhooked the stri harness and plugged it back in to see if it reset itself but it was still reading the same number. After that, i popped the hood and took another glance at the stock temp gauge and it was going up between Hot and mid point, so i shut the car off. Then, I checked and notice that my fan wasn't working and found out that the fuse for the fan was burnt not just popped. I also noticed that coolant was overflowing into the overflow tank and it also squirt out from the overflowing tube near the top of the tank. So then my question is is my headgasket gone? Or is it my rad. cap not holding pressure?

Short version for those that don't wanna go through all the things at the top:
-overheating problem
-engine sr
-drove 30min max, mainly cruising at 70
-didn't over heat until parking in the parking deck
-stri gauge reading 235, stock gauge read between Hot and half mark the i shut the car off.
-Noticed that the fan is not working due to a burnt out fuse not just popped
-after the car turn off also noticed that coolant was coming out of the overflow tank

Questions:
Is the headgasket blown? Or because the rad. Cap not holding pressure?

Also any advice to check my car other then compression test because i'm doing that tomorrow?
