wtb: non t25 turbo

Alright, so i blew my t25 turbo, very little shaft play, but oil in hotpipe and intake suction. Now, need an upgrade, s14 t28 or something in that price range. Have about 375-400 depending if it comes with a s14 or a non egay elbow with fat o2 sensor (if possible). LMK what everyone has. Paypal ready.
