I want to buy the white box next to the fuses in the kick panel. LMK

I'm a little curious what this white box does? And I'm pretty sure you'd be in luck if you went to the junkyard (well, wait until the rain lets up I guess) for a reallllllly low price...if you know what I mean ;]

yea i would have gone to the junk yard but the rain. and i was changing my stereo and the gauge cluster light and the dash lights dont light up and im pretty sure that this is the problem.
Last time i went to the junk yard i didn't find any S13. what i was really hoping was for some one to be parting out there S13 that might have it

ummm i can ..... but are u sure its that? u might have crossed some wire or something... cheacked fuses?

i dont know if it lets the key out of the ignition but thats not the problem. ive ran my car without it and didnt have a problem but i dont know, maybe. i was really hoping some one in SOCAL

I spent a lot of time trying to find out what it was but couldnt figure it out. so one day i found a thread and check my box and this is what i got

I had the same trouble and i looked at the board to see if there were any connections that were not making contact and all i did was get a small bronze wire and soldered both points and it works just fine now.

Well the picture is kinda blurry but yeah if those are the only two points not making contact then just run a copper wire from one to the other, i cant really tell but it looks like the same spot where mine went out.

But it controls the dimmer, when mine went out my gauge cluster would not light up at night... and im sure its the same problem he has.
