soo i need to install my clutch slave cylinder but the clutch pedal has been pushed so its compressed
anyone know how to decompress so i can get the clucth slave back in??

Ive always just been able to push the rod back in with out a problem
if it wont then just open the bleeder valve on the slave and push it back in

I don't understand a word of what you just said other than you have to replace your clutch slave cylinder. If you mean that it failed in an extended position, just bleed the line and remove the bolts. I've never seen one fail in that position, so I assume you mean the pedal is pushed in and doesn't return to it's normal position by itself. Pull the pedal out, it will stay where it's supposed to.

Exactly. The pedal can be moved easily by just pulling it.

okay i did a swap its not failing the clutch pedal was pushed so i guess i just pull it back thank you. i wasnt sure if it was that easy thats why i was asking
