Well, i plan on upgrading my turbo hopefully within the month. I plan on ordering Fuel injectors and i just wanted to see if anyone had any pointers.
Here are a few questions:
Will denso side feed injectors fit in the stock fuel rail?
Which company has better injectors apexi, denso, tomei?
And this is what i found fuel injector wise.
Tomei 555cc - $490
Tomei 740cc - $530
Denso 550cc (side feed) - $499
Apexi 550cc - $490
If anyone has any suggestions or can answer my questions, i would be thankful....
Eric
Edit: I did a search and i couldn't find anything that really helped me, maybe im just abd at using the search function.... :D

How are you gonna controll the injectors? Which maf are you using? What turbo are you upgrading to and what boost will you be running?

I was originally gonna get the enjuku upgrade but then i decided to go with the GP sports kit from heavy throttle, im not sure of the turbo size, i got off the phone with them liek 30 mins ago and forgot to ask..
On top of the upgrade, im also gonna have hks 264 lift cams, z32 maf sensor, apexi 1.5 mm head gasket and a jwt ecu retune. I will prolly daily drive it around 15-18 boost....
so any ideas.......

Dunno... I really like the enjuku kit. Comes with awesome parts, and makes much more power.
But.. injectors are injectors. Make sure they are high-impedance and fit in the stock rails.

That would look pretty much like my setup, minus the cams. :)

Don't get the GP sports upgrade! It's a rebuild t25 and a super expensive manny.
You can send your t25 out to be rebuilt into a bigt28 for a fraction of the cost of that kit.
You NEED sidefeed injectors unless you plan on getting a new fuel rail.
You also NEED to find a way to control them as Jeff stated.
Personaly I reccomend any of the HKS 25 series turbos. Or if your feeling ballsy you can get a 2835:eek:
Most injectors are the same. Denso's are good. As long as you get 550 sidefeeds you'll be good.

I dunno what GP sports kit your talking about about the one im getting comes with a brand new turbo. The guys at full throttle said it spools up nice and quick, which i want.. So no, theres no rebuilt turbo involved... i guess i'll go with the denso side feed iniectors, and can you recommend a way to control the injectors?

The GP sports kit comes with a brand new big28. or something of that sort. Basiclly its an upgraded t25. Like I stated you can get the same thing by sending your t25 in.
Personaly I'd reccomend a power FC. If you do a little research you'll find I'm not to keen on chips and piggybacks.
Seems like you just started researching a turbo upgrade for your motor. Don't jump on anything to quick and keep in mind that the people you talk to over the phone would rather sell you somthing than give you the best advice. No disrespect but that's the way the world turns.
With the amount the GP sports kit costs. You could the same/more power and still have money for your fuel system. Do lots of research and make sure there are no better options than what your picking.
For reference I'll give you the setup I'm working on right now.
HKS 2540 (used) might sell and replace with 2835
HPI Turbo extension (used)
Power FC
Generic equal length turbo manny
fuel pump.
550 injectors.
That setup (not everything is bought just yet) is gonna cost me a little under 2 grand. Should yield me the HP numbers I'm looking for.
G' Luck!
