fender install advice: plss

so i js purchased charge speed front fenders for my 13.. 30 mm wide.. very nice lol im loving em.. ANYWAYS if you've changed fenders let me know of any advice for the FLUSHest look possible. i havent tried taking off the stock ones. im thinking it'll be pretty simple.

unbolt stock fender
take off stock fender
throw in trash
install new fender
high 5 urself

open hood remove all of the visible blots all of the blots are 10mm

take out the black thing that's sits on top of the tire

behind the front bump there are about 8 blots remove them

there is a hidden blot at the top corner remove that

open the door all the way use an extension remove the top blot that is facing you

under the car there is two more blots remove them

and at the bottom of the door there is another blot that you remove from the inside of the finder wall

Only Thing I add to the SUPER easy Install - Is Start w/ mounting it with the Door OPEN (yes it will be open to get to the 1 Bolt).
Otherwise,..You'll Prob destroy your fender when you open the door all the way.thats the Main part is to make sure when the door is ALL THE WAY open - it dosen't Press into the fender OR - CRACKAGE.

CHARGESPEED supposedly has the Best Fitment of ALOT of companys,..from what I hear.

ive heard the same thing too about charge speed but someone had issues and showed me pics and they were way off. Lines did not match. Idk maybe a bad batch. U should get shims just in case you need to make adjustments.

op, be sure to shield the door edge with a rag when you're going for that one bolt. way up top and i remember it being a bitch.

My suggestion is to not torque anything down fully until you are satisfied with the fitment. Just tighten all the both so that you can SLIGHTLY adjust the fender if it is necessary. Once your happy with the final fitment go ahead and fully torque them down.

+1 for zipties. all the fiberglass fenders ive had (5 different sets) were ziptied on and it allowed more flexibility as far as trying to get the lines to match up. and there were a few off-road excursions where i got out and totally expected em to be totally destroyed but the zipties popped allowing the fenders to move freely and avoid damage.
