I had a s13 coupe , s13 hatch and now a s14. The room is exactly the same for me.

Well what is your S going to be for? If it's for DD'ing, then go for a newer chassis; S14's are slightly more lux from the get-go imo, just because it's a newer model.
If it's for drifting, get whatever you want, but I like hatches because I believe they're more well-balanced compared to the S13 coupe; it's closer to the ideal front-back weight ratio.
I don't discriminate between S-chassis, personally. I love, and will have one day, another S14 that I can romp on, a hatch, and a coupe S13.
But, you have to start somewhere. It just boils down to what you want, what you can afford, and overall what you can find.

overall interior space, i would say the hatch because the hatch makes it have more space. but seating space, i would say it's the about the same in all 240s

i've owned all models
s13 hatch probably has the most accessible room since you're not blocked by metal between the cabin and the trunk
s14 is roomier for the person though

Dont bother seating anybody in the backseat of any S-chassis. Only people would fit back there are leg-less midgets.

Only good thing those back seats is for is storing tires.
With the seats down i managed to fit 9 tires back there.
People, not so much.
I did manage to fit 6 with one in the trunk in my hatch though.
Worst two blocks ever!

Take out the passenger seat and see how muc space it saves you. You will never put it back in and te leg room is just what the doctor ordered.

for hauling parts just bought s13 hatch. hands down. lolz. you can carry your spare wheels with tires no problem. sitting in one S chassi is pretty much the same for a passenger. lolz

s13 hatch has much more room if you are planning on hauling stuff around compared to s13 coupe or s14. I have a s13 coupe and its not too roomy if you are looking for trunk space wise. Other than that interior is the same size as s13 hatch

None of them are Silvias so you're asking the wrong question, unless you're in Japan. As far as your question though, why not sit in a few and decide for yourself? Or do you always take the word of a bunch of random strangers over your own? We don't know you, you may a circus midget and in that case anything will feel big to you, you could also be a 300lb sack of shit and wouldn't fit in any of them. Quit asking stupid questions, go decide for yourself.

For hauling stuff, S13 fastback. Folded down rear seat = instant truck status lol.
As far as passenger compartment, my S14 feels bigger than any of my S13s felt, but realistically they're all about the same. Just don't get one with a sunroof lol.

I'm pretty sure the 91's have the largest interior.

The 91's? Why the 91's? It would be 89-93 if anything, being that 94 was convertible only....
so your basing your choice on the interior not on what model you think looks best or can look best. the fastback after you fold the seats is pretty roomy i was able to pretty much fit my entire dorm in my car lol.

If you take out the back seat of an S13 hatch (a procedure that takes maybe 15 minutes, max iirc) you have a shit load of cargo room. But front seats is same deal for everyone I reckon.

If you're looking for more headroom, buy a vert.
